2. Purposes of the processing
Managing the editorial newsletter subscription, responding to enquiries submitted by users, producing aggregated reading statistics and complying with applicable legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
The explicit consent provided when filling out the forms, the legitimate interest in keeping the reading community informed and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
4. Data retention
Data will be kept while the subscription remains active and, subsequently, during the legal periods required to address potential liabilities.
5. Recipients
Data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases required by law. The technology providers that support the newsletter act as data processors under contract pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.
6. Users' rights
Access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction and portability. You may exercise these rights by sending an email to privacidad@paylaverio.com attaching a copy of your identity document. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security measures
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the level of risk of the processing, including in-transit encryption via SSL/TLS certificate and access control.
