These terms govern the access and use of the paylaverio.com website, owned by Paylaverio S.L. Use of the site implies full acceptance of these conditions.
1. Purpose
Paylaverio publishes editorial content of an informational and educational nature about sustainable development, renewable energy and agritech in Spain. The information is general in nature and does not constitute professional advice.
2. Access to the site
Access to the site is free of charge. Newsletter subscription is intended for people aged 16 or over residing in Spain or other countries of the European Economic Area.
3. Intellectual property
The contents, texts, images and graphic elements are owned by Paylaverio S.L. or by their respective authors and are published under licence. Total or partial reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
4. User obligations
The user agrees to make lawful use of the site, not to perform activities that may harm its operation and to respect the intellectual property of the contents.

Paylaverio makes reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date but does not guarantee the absence of errors. The company is not responsible for the contents of external linked sites.
6. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless consumer regulations determine another jurisdiction.
